The following is a redesign of the Trip Advisor mobile app. It also includes a new itinerary planner function. Overall, the app is not organized well, feels visually overwhelming, and there is no easy way to plan a whole trip.

“I use Trip Advisor to find places to go when I am in a city. It is incredibly time consuming for me to categorize all the activities I like based on proximity, by looking up each of them on a map, and then organizing them into days.”

“I try to read the other users’ sample itineraries to get a general idea of how I should spend my time. I struggle to make their itineraries my own, based on what I want to do. Forget it if I am trying to plan a trip with multiple people.. ” 

“I wish I could easily customize my document outline of my trip on the go.”

What if there was a feature built into the app that helped users organize and plan trips with others?
